YourHOA just began handling our neighborhood. I wanted to access the pay portal so I navigated to their website. Couldn’t tell from there where the portal was so I used their chat feature and began a chat with Sam. Sam immediately responded with the link to our neighborhood and told me where to go to register on the site. I registered and was awaiting confirmation by email. Sam immediately confirmed my registration and I was able to log in to the account. Amazing customer service. If this initial interaction is a prediction of the future, the outlook is good! 🙂
